They are outlaws that have disobeyed the laws of the Timewings, using their gift of time travel in a wrong way.
This organisation believes the world is just a program, put into a matrix and played with by the overlords that created it.
and with this, they use it to their advantage, glitching to world to do their bidding.
but due to this, the Timewing rulers have stripped them of their Timewing powers.
not being able to time travel or breathe fire, or anything.
and now they can glitch the world and teleport anywhere at any time.
but they can no longer time travel, loosing the power that was once granted to them at birth.
these dragons are extremely rare, only being a small organisation.
very few dragons have seen one before.
but these dragons change their appearances from the common Timewing blues, purples and golds.
their scales changing to black with neon colours.
